<title>Cool Gas Generator has successfully been ignited</title>

<description><![CDATA[<p><font size="2"><font color="#000000">On the 16th of August, the first Cool Gas Generator (CGS) has successfully been ignited from the ground station in Redu, Belgium. The CGG is part of the Cool Gas&nbsp;Generator Experiment (COGEX) on-board the Proba-2 satellite and is the result of close cooperation between BE and TNO. All pressure and temperature data are according to the predicted values. With this success, the first in-orbit demonstration of this new product is a fact.<br />
