Biological Glovebox
The Biological Glovebox (BGB) is a facility for biological research on the ISS and is part of the Biolab facility in the Columbus module. The BGB features a work volume of 35 litres, illumination and video equipment, three removable front doors, a large viewing window on the top face, and two 4” glove ports. On top of these features, the BGB is equipped with an ozone sterilisation unit able to sterilise the internal BGB volume as well as the scientific biological experiment.
