Product description
GOCE-PXFA is considered the predecessor of the cold gas and ion engine feed systems. From this, the SWARM CGPS has been developed and the current technology level of the FCUs has been derived.
Abbreviated functional explanation
Several flow control units are currently being developed for Flight opportunities. The main Flight programs are the Rosetta Active Descent System and the GOCE Proportional Xenon Feed Assembly.
Missions
The next launch opportunity will be the SWARM Feed Module, scheduled for 2011. The SGEO and Bepi-Colombo Flow Control Units are scheduled for launch in TBD and TDB respectively.
